production of cotton-wool in rolls with or without interleaving
paper.
Directly connected to cards by a conveyor belt and receive the
cotton-wool band already folded and prepared in the desired width.
The rolling unit automatically forms the cotton rolls of the weight,
density and dimensions programmed by the operator.At the end of
rolling operation, the cotton roll is pushed out of the machine by a
conveyor belt.

white or coloured cotton-wool balls.
Suitable to produce cotton-wool balls white or in different colours
at the same time fed by cans of cotton-wool sliver. The counting of
the cotton balls and the filling of the poly-bags are automatically
performed by one or two exits.
Working speed: from 30 to 100 m/min
Weight of cotton balls: adjustable from 0.3 to 2 gr.
Production: 600 to 1800 balls/min. depending on model.

them in suitable channels. Manual feeding of poly bags and sealing.
